Happy feast of the Assumption of our Blessed Mother up to Heaven! When her life on Earth was finished, Mother Mary was taken up to Heaven, body and soul, and now she prays for us all the time as our Queen! As we approach the culmination of our summer vacation, we look forward to a very productive year in school. We thank God for the time off, time with our families, to get extra sleep and read and pray and prepare our minds to move up to the next level. We ask Jesus to bless our school year ahead, to open our minds, to keep us safe and healthy, to make new friends, and to ask good questions. I look forward to seeing all of you at the meet-the-teachers evening next week. May God bless our week and our school year ahead!
