For School:

• Completed forms *found in the Home/School Folder given at Meet & Greet

• * Completed Emergency Cards (2) for office and school nurse

• * Getting to Know Your Child questionnaire

• Preschool Handbook read, printed, signed and returned 

• Toilet Training Policy read, printed, signed and returned 

For Your Child:

• Backpack for personal belongings (large enough to fit a folder and lunch box)

• A folder of your choosing for reading program, labeled with your child’s full name

• Home/School Folder (provided by teacher) returned with any paperwork 

• Lunch and drink or hot lunch ordered at least five days ahead of time

• Reusable water bottle, no glass or open tops

• *Full Day students only, Afternoon Snack (nut free, please!)

• *Full Day students only, a one piece nap mat in a reusable rest bag 

• 2 complete sets of extra clothes (does not need to be uniform pieces) including one pair of 

• shoes (season & size appropriate - in a zip lock bag with child’s name) 

• Family Picture (4x6) for our family tree. Please label your child’s  name on the back
